Pancakes on Saturdays, crêpes on Sundays (T’s aunt’s recipe). This has become our routine. During the week, we hardly have time to make nice breakfasts. I start teaching early in the morning and usually go in extra early to prep. Of course, we don’t neglect breakfasts either. It’s usually cereal, granola or toast (with almond butter and jam). Occasionally, we would have eggs too.
Ever since I stopped working on Saturdays, I was able to spend more time eating breakfast with the hubby. I started to make pancakes. This is the base recipe that I’ve been using: Fluffy Pancakes. They are truly fluffy!
I modified the recipe now and then by adding fresh fruit.
